At the end of last year, I was seeking quotes for a bond clean to prepare my principal home for rental as we moved out of town. I found Gavin at Elite Edge through a Facebook recommendation and reached out for a quote. Gavin’s quoting process, on the other hand, was simple, all-inclusive, and refreshingly straightforward. His communication was responsive, clear, and friendly from the outset. Once we locked in a date, everything ran exactly as promised. He collected the keys from our real estate on time, returned them promptly, and followed up to ensure we were satisfied. He also managed to fit the clean in just three days before Christmas so we could hold a viewing on the 23rd. The real estate opened the house the following morning and said, “It looks amazing!” Having had unreliable and overpriced cleaners in the past, it’s always a concern engaging someone new, but there were absolutely no worries with Elite Edge.
